At Lulla by Claire, I'm here to change that, offering gentle, structured sleep guidance alongside the consistent emotional support that so many mums are quietly missing.

My mission is simple: to help your baby sleep better, while making sure you feel steadier, more confident, and genuinely less alone throughout the process.

Hi, I’m Claire

I'm Claire, a mum of four, including five-year-old twin girls and I became a sleep consultant because I lived through the exhaustion that doesn't just tire you out, it hollows you out. The kind where you're functioning on the surface but quietly falling apart underneath.

I know what it's like to need sleep to change and have nobody around to help you figure out how, no backup, no reassurance, just you trying to hold it all together in the dark.

I now combine my OCN accreditation in infant sleep coaching with a diploma in coaching and positive psychology to offer practical guidance and a genuinely steady presence beside you, every step of the way.
