Sleep Coaching for families with babies and toddlers aged 5 months to 3 years

Dedicated sleep support, so you don't do this alone

Sleep deprivation is hard enough. Doing it without anyone to lean on is something else entirely.

At Lulla by Claire, I'm here to change that, offering gentle, structured sleep guidance alongside the consistent emotional support that so many mums are quietly missing.

My mission is simple: to help your baby sleep better, while making sure you feel steadier, more confident, and genuinely less alone throughout the process.

Hi, I’m Claire

I'm Claire, a mum of four, including five-year-old twin girls and I became a sleep consultant because I lived through the exhaustion that doesn't just tire you out, it hollows you out. The kind where you're functioning on the surface but quietly falling apart underneath.

I know what it's like to need sleep to change and have nobody around to help you figure out how, no backup, no reassurance, just you trying to hold it all together in the dark.

I now combine my OCN Accredited Infant Sleep Certification with a diploma in coaching and positive psychology to offer practical guidance and a genuinely steady presence beside you, every step of the way.

If you're ready for the nights to finally change, I'd love to help.

One to One Support

My support doesn't stop at a sleep plan dropped in your inbox and a wave goodbye. Everything I offer is built around being with you, real check-ins, open conversations, and unlimited WhatsApp access so you always have someone to turn to when things feels impossible.

Whether you have one baby or two, my support is shaped around real life, not perfection.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • If you’re exhausted, overwhelmed by conflicting advice, and feel like you’ve already tried everything, you might not need more tips, you might need proper support. A sleep consultant doesn’t just hand you a plan; they get to know you and your family’s needs and goals and walk alongside you while things actually change. If you’re done doing this alone, that’s usually a good sign it’s time.

  • Yes, I trained with one of the leading sleep consultant academies in the UK, The Sleep Consultant Academy and hold an OCN Accredited Infant Sleep Certification. It means that when you work with me, you’re in safe, properly trained hands, not just someone who figured it out with their own baby and decided to help others.

  • It’s simpler than you might think. Once you’re ready to go ahead, we start with a 1-hour video consultation where I get to know you, your baby and your goals properly. From there, I create a personalised sleep plan built around your real life. Then the three weeks of support begins with regular check-ins, unlimited WhatsApp support and me beside you the whole way, adapting the plan as needed. No drop-offs, no disappearing acts.

  • I support families with babies and toddlers aged 5 months to 3 years. Twin families are also warmly welcome. As a twin mum myself, I understand the particular exhaustion of synchronising two babies and the pressure to get it right for both simultaneously. Your plan will include realistic timelines and two-baby strategies, all within the same package at no extra cost, no explaining yourself. I already get it.

  • Sleep training involves helping your baby learn to settle and sleep more independently, through consistent routines, a structured environment and gradual changes that suit their age and temperament. At Lulla by Claire, it always starts with understanding your baby and your family first and then building a plan that fits your real life, not a textbook.

  • I don’t follow a single rigid method because no two babies are the same. After our initial consultation, I build a personalised, flexible sleep plan around your baby’s age, temperament, feeding and your family’s circumstances. It’s structured, but never one-size-fits-all.

  • No, I don’t use cry it out or the Ferber Method and I’ll never ask you to leave your baby to cry alone. That said, some crying during sleep changes is normal. It’s how babies communicate and some protest is to be expected. My approach is gentle and gradual and I’ll guide you through what’s normal, what to do and how to respond with confidence every step of the way.

  • No. The plan I build for you is structured, but it’s also flexible. It’s designed to fit around your life, not the other way around. I don’t believe in rigid, clock-watching routines that leave no room for real life. What we’re working towards is consistency, not perfection.

  • Not at all. Many babies are breastfed throughout the sleep coaching process. We’ll work around your feeding routine and find an approach that supports better sleep without asking you to give up something important to you or your baby.

  • Yes, absolutely. Both parents are welcome on the initial video consultation and I’m happy to set up a WhatsApp group so that everyone caring for your baby has access to the same guidance and support. Getting everyone on the same page from the start makes a real difference.

  • IteMost families start to see changes within the first week, with more consistent progress across the full three weeks of support. Every baby is different, so I won’t give you a number and set you up to be disappointed but I will be with you every step of the way, adapting the plan as we go.m description

  • It happens. Babies don’t pause for perfect timing! If your baby becomes unwell or is having a particularly hard time with teething during our three weeks, we’ll simply pause or adjust the plan accordingly. There’s no pressure to push through when your little one genuinely needs extra comfort. We work with real life, not against it.

  • I can’t make guarantees, no sleep consultant honestly can. What I can promise is a personalised plan, three weeks of consistent hands-on support and someone who genuinely cares about getting it right for your family. The results my clients see come from that combination of a good plan and real, steady support, not a one-size-fits-all promise.
